worthless lawyer who just wants your money...

dont go to farley banks he is worthless and wont do anything for you... when i used him i pretty much felt like he just wanted the money..he was a waste of my money i would of go the same thing out of it if i would of just defended myself...

very helpful worked very hard willing to take payments always willing to take calls or to make sure to return calls

Be very careful with Mr. Banks, we had him on bankruptcy case for nearly 2 years. Has no confidence in himself, and we got no where. We went to him with problem,, He terminated service with him and said he wouldnt give us one cent back and said he wished he would have charged us more. We have the documentation
