i have done business with them twice now... I do my own maintanence and have only purchased from them.. I like their product and a great place for used mowers. I have had nothing but good things from em!

This is an awful place to do business. Bought a used rider and it stopped working after 2 times. Talked to them, sent them a letter. Wanted my money back. They traded my mower for another mower that worked only once. I will never ever do business with them again.

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Its hard to know where to start with this place....first of all, be prepared that if you take your mower to Irons you will wait an ETERNITY to have it evaluated. In my case, it took 3 weeks to get any information at all. Once it did get looked at, the broken wheel bolt (that was the sole issue with the mower) was estimated at $130 (including a staggering $65 per hour labor rate!!!). When I learned of the estimate, I told them to put it aside and to not fix it...a day later I received a call and was told my mower was ready and it would be $130!!! Total con artists!! I m going to pick up my mower, and reluctantly pay, but EVERYONE should know what they re getting into with irons. Finally, be advised they charge $32.50 just to look at your mower! Avoid them like the grim death!!
