Had 2 appointments 1st. One he advised that he would cut the tendon under my little toe on the next appointment. Last appointment he didn't do anything but shaked my hand and left me puzzled and left me in the examining room! Then have the gall to bill me for the office visit.

I don't have to tell my best friends about this Business, they ask me who did my Surgeries on my great toe. All of them wonder why it's obvious that I still walk with a limp in a great deal of pain, even after two years. Dr. Haycock's surgeries left my toe swollen, red, and unhealed. Dr. Haycock put Stainless Steel screws into my toe that broke through the bones in the bottom of my toe shattering the bones leaving sharp edges for me to walk on that he promised he would fix. That was a lie! On the top of my toe I have a hole where he installed one screw so deep that there isn't any flesh lest to heal. After two years nothing has healed after his Surgeries. I was asked to return to his office more than half a dozen times because of his botched Surgeries, each time having to to pay full price for the office call for his rework. I finally complained about the charges and they said they would drop the charges since it was his fault only to find out yesterday that I was turned into the Credit Bureau to ruin my Credit for a lousy $23. More lies! I would not trust this Doctor or his staff with my dog.
