The dispatcher we very sweet and was worried about my issue about getting to the hospital but She was like a Stern mother type. And she reminded me when I called back after I walked to the hospital to be there with my husband. And was able to help me with setting up a ride. And me and my husband got home safely and the driver was extremely nice 10/10 you all was the best

they tell you they will be out in 25 to 30 minutes and its an hour latter and they still have not showed up

Horrible company. They tell you that you can pay with a card and then give you grief when you do so. They also put you on hold for ten minutes or more until you decide to hang up. Rude dispatchers and drivers.
