I would recommend everyone to NOT inquire for business from this company. ACR, or Allen County Refuse, and actually now known as Wright Refuse...the owner Aaron Wright who only inherited money to start this company is an absolutely terrible person. It is an absolute shame that he got the Lima, Ohio area refuse contract from Allied in Lima who was ran honestly and safely. Aaron Wright has provided nothing more than terrible customer service, unsafe equipment, and a very unsafe working environment. He only reacts on anger and hateful decisions, rather than safe and diligent reasoning. I hope Lima can soon end and terminate his contract before someone else is done an injustice. He also has contracts with Delphos and Spencerville of which he has many issues as well. I know Lima residents are stuck through the city for their refuse with Aaron Wright and his refuse company but if you live outside of the city then you at least have the choice to switch refuse services.

Called to start service as this company was recomended by my landlord. The lady that answered the phone was rude as hell! I will never do do business with rhis company and i would recomend others to stay away. In the last year they have had 4 compaints witb the local bbb. Horrible company.
