Below is a copy of a letter I sent to them on several occasions. They refused to acknowledge us with any type of response, so I complained to the BBB and they are now handling my issues on my behalf.



I have an issue with our service and bill. We have a past due balance, however, I can not get a response from either email or written letters upto this point, in order to do so I have stopped paying the bill. I have sent 2 emails (one through your website) and have written two letters, one included a payment, so I know it was received because the check was cashed. We have missed several weeks of trash pick up in the past 6 months. It is usually sporadic. The first happened the week before Thanksgiving, the second was the week of thanksgiving, and we have missed three times beyond that. In addition, there are several times that we were missed a pick-up (normally on Wednesdays or Thursdays) but instead got two the following week. I understand if you can't keep to the same day every week, however, advanced notification would be appreciated because we have held throwing boxes and other dry trash from being thrown away because we don't know if we get a pick up on Tuesday if our trash will be picked up again on our normal day, Wednesday or Thursday. Consequently, our place of business looks unprofessional with boxes and trash sitting around or with the dumpster heaping over when we missed a week. I understand that with increasing fuel supplies, that our costs are going to go up, and I don't mind paying those increases, however, I need to get the service we have been promised. We are not the only business that has these issues with your company. Several of our employees and customers have noticed our dumpster overflowing these past few months, have told us of their experiences, and have encouraged us to switch providers. I have been reluctant to do so up to this point because it seems it's always more hassle than it's worth, however, I can no longer take our customer's complaints and comments and have your companies issues affect our company's appearance.
