I called Royal Flush to help with plumbing my remodeled bathroom. I told them what I wanted and asked for advise. Part of what they suggested involved removing the existing cast iron vent pipes and using smaller under-sink vents. The work was finished well, but the following day a section of heavy metal pipe fell from the ceiling narrowly missing me. Furthermore, the washing machine now drained directly onto the basement floor; not only was it no longer connected to the sewer but now there was no longer any sufficient source of venting. I had an hour-long argument with these guys about who should pay for what to make good this mess - I offered to pay for materials but they insisted I should pay everything. Bad customer service! I would not suggest using them.

Called these guys based on the recommendation of a neighbor. I was kind of surprised to see a large purple van pull in the driveway, but I was pleased when I was greeted by a clean cut gentleman with a firm handshake and a smile. His name was Donnie and the first thing he did was show me his plumbing license. After I showed him the toilets that were clogged in my house, he quickly pulled out his auger and went to work.
