DO NOT TRUST Living Suite Corporate Housing or Arnisha Javette Winfrey!!! Company and owner breached contract and disappeared owing $7,418 that was never paid. Company and owner signed a lease and after a few months they did not comply with the terms in the contract and stopped paying. They disappeared leaving a debt of $7,418. Company and owner were served a dispossessory warrant as well as a collections warrant and did not respond to either. Company's address is a PO Box and they cannot be found and they do not respond to repeated contact attempts. I have discovered that others have had the same experience with her. Company owner is a criminal! Arnisha Javette Winfrey was charged with FELONY - FORGERY - 1st Degree in Gwinnett County, GA

Great Company and wonderful staff. Renting a beautiful 4 Bed room 2 full bathroom, Living room, Family room and den house. Nice neighborhood. I would recommend this company.
