Purchased a 2003 Town & Country Van from Linear Auto Brokers on 07/23/16 and was very happy until TWO days (yes, just two days/150 miles later) the transmission failed. I immediately contacted Paul to tell him of the problem, I explained that I understood I purchased this vehicle "As Is" but it's only been TWO DAYS [not a month] and I have driven it less than 150 miles. I didn't ask for a refund or anything of that type... I asked him to be fair!! He explained that in Georgia I have no recourse. My husband is disabled and I cannot tell you how devastating this is both financial and emotional!!
