Justin came out to perform an inspection and to pump the septic system. He informed me that the tank did not need pumping as it was very low already and that saved me several hundred dollars. He also took his time to explain and answer all of my questions. I would highly recommend using Bynum for any septic tank needs. Thanks Justin!

Pablo installed a replacement water heater and even cut a base for it to sit on the steel stand because it didn't have one before. Called back to install a toilet, kitchen sink and some faucets and it was a great experience. The toilet developed a slow leak and Pablo was out the next day and fixed it! Very pleased with fast appointments met and great service of office staff and Pablo!

We recently had some issues with our water heater which my husband try to fix himself... TERRIBLE idea. We went to Home Depot and Bynum & Sons was the installer they suggested. We had a great experience and would definitely use them again. Best part was they were able to install the NEXT day. Now we have hot water for the 20 people I'm hosting for Thanksgiving!

Stay Away. Company damaged property during repair and would not fix.

My Advice-Find Another Company!

When we had a simple issue that required our toilet to be replaced, our home warranty company sent these guys to our home. They didn't tighten the water supply line which resulted In a leak that damaged our bathroom floor and the ceiling below. To add insult to injury this company refused to pay for the damage restoration that was required...our insurance company is still trying to get money from them months later. Run don't walk to another plumber!!!

Worst plumbing place ever! Beware! Service is non-existing, hidden costs, no responses. Stay away!

We ordered a new water heater. The first plumber came out and decided it was a two men job. Rescheduled and they still only sent one man to do the job. The office was sending a second man but it would take 2 hours for the other guy to get to the house. The first guy didn't want to wait 2 hours so he left without telling us. We're going with another company
