Shendell & Associates, more specifically, Tamar Shendell and her husband Lawrence Shendell have lost their account with Palm Aire Country Club 2. They attempted to postpone the annual condo board election by stealing some of the voter ballots, and hiding them in their Lighthouse Point office.


They are currently being investigated for mail fraud for the stolen ballots that were mailed in to M&M Property management , located in Pompano Beach. It seems that Tamar & Lawrence Shendell will finally be required to answer for years of corruption, and illegal conduct.

We, the residents of Palm Aire Condominium 2 are happy that the Shendell's will be brought to justice
