To whom it may concern,

My name is Sarah Aiello and I am 21 years old. I am an entertainer, and my friends talk very highly of your restaurant. This evening of about 1:30 am, I decided to check it out. Now I am 21 years old. My birthday was on January 9th 1992 and I have just been accepted into law school. I am very far from unintelligent. Perhaps, your staff is not. After showing them FIVE forms of identification, I was still not permitted in. Vertical ID's are unacceptable with the improper date on them I am sure. My ID clearly stated that I was underage until it was 1-9-2013. Today is 2-2-2013. As mentioned above, I presented five different forms of identification with my exact same name on them. I was accompanied by three other guests. They all left because of the absolute disgust that took place. I am not a poor individual, and frankly I am far from it. I am currently in law school and have read about several ways to persecute your restaurant after the humiliation I suffered. I am not afraid to follow through with those ideas.

Its always hard to get a drink there and they always have guy bartenders who must be gay. For example it was easier for me to ask for a drink than it was for the group of three hot girls waiting like 20 minutes next to me. And the skinny small server girl looks 17

The bartenders (minus Kevin) are horrible & in experienced. The vibe is not welcoming & crowd is like hanging out in a highschool.

Going to Tommy's is like going to a college party , the crowd is pretty cool to hang out with and is mostly young. But the really downside of this place is it's service. The waiter's are rude and also u have to wait a long time to actually flag down a waiter and place your order. They seem to behave as if they are doing us a mercy or something. Well we pay for our drinks!!! .

This used to be the place to be. They were open late and have 23oz cheap. I went in a few weeks ago and had a horrible experience. The small girl that looks 10 is rude and only helps the ppl she knows. The bartenders are overwhelmed bc the servers can't keep up so it takes forever to get a drink. They used to have a cute brunette who was quick and knew what she was doing but I guess she is gone. They need to really hire efficient hard workers for how busy it is. I do not recommend going to this establishment unless u want to look at dudes and only have one drink

The other review is vs I would have done the same to that person... I also work in the industry so ignore the angry post from the girl that was on her period.... Great bar, great drinks , and great times !!

Worst experience ever!!!! I'm appalled at the service my table received. I've worked in a bar before so I know how hectic things can get especially when you're dealing with tons of drunks. I wasn't drunk, The main bartender snapped on me 3 times because she was frustrated with the drunks in the table in front of us. Said "If you can't handle your job then you're in the wrong profession" She comes back with my bill and credit card and didn't even look at me ...throws it on the table and walks away! I signed the card and ignored her tip, she picked up the bill and threw it in the garbage right in front of my face! Per the Asst. Mgr/ Part owner, It's okay because it was a busy night and of course come back on a different night for better service! What a joke!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!
