I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Rosebrook. We are serious buyers, and have in fact signed a contract with another company. We talked to three different pool companies and were going to go with the best choice, not just bottom line, but also design, ability to service, etc. Rosebrook came out for the initial consultation, and we were told he would have a quote for us within two weeks. The guy who came out was very nice. But at two weeks, I sent an email to follow up and was told it would be another week because the designer had been busy "out in the field." I waited another week, sent a follow up email, and then received no response at all. Another week went by with nothing, so we made our decision and moved on. I called Rosebrook out of courtesy to let the owner, Jamie, know what happened just so he would understand they're losing business and why. I was very polite, as I felt it was his employee's fault and not his. However, his response was plainly, "okay." So I said I would have expected an apology that they dropped the ball and essentially wasted my time. He didn't care at all. I am so glad we didn't get any further with them, as they are clearly not a good company to deal with, and they have zero concern for customer service. I would never recommend them.

We would have to agree with the pktak's review. We are still waiting for the company to come up with a solution on a concrete problem with the walkway around our pool, Once the problem arose they no longer returned my husband's phone calls and avoided us all together. We have enjoyed the pool; however, we would not recommend them to anyone. Wish we had checked this company out before going with them.

Extremely satisfied!!! Rosebrook Pools design, built, and currently services my magnificent pool and spa. I could not be happier with their company. Not only did they incorporate my ideas in the project but I had an owner at my house asking my kids what they wanted in their pool. I couldn't believe the one on one attention I recieved. I highly recommend their company to anyone who wants to add a life changing addition to their backyard. Also note, their service dept. has done an excellent job with maintaining my pool/spa. They are not only courteous but punctual. We ask for our service tech to come at a certain time and day every week and they are here with a smile on their face.

Very disappointing experience. Very poor communication. They told me they would handle everything from the permit process through construction. Had permit issues with my village which Rosebrook claimed to be unaware of. Ie. zoning and drainage and fencing. Had a bunch of hidden charges that I was not planning on. As soon as issues arose the office manager became rude and unresponsive as did the owners. Although I enjoy my pool the process was extremely unpleasant, and I am very sorry to be committed to a relationship with this company for the duration of pool ownership (they invalidate your warrenty if you use another company for service). Unfortunately the service dept if run even worse than the construction department.
