CLOSED NOW - Opens at 6:00am

More than a month ago, the management restricted access to 9:30 to 6:30 p.m., instead of the stated 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. They sent no email notification. They merely posted a paper on one of the doors saying the restriction was due to "extreme weather conditions." Both times I tried to access my unit, to get files needed for work, I was locked out. I couldn't come during their restricted hours, because, duh, I'm working.

The sun was shining, the temperature was well above zero, and there was no snow anywhere on the property. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I think they just didn't want to pay someone to monitor or unlock the property. If they don't fix this problem soon, I'm moving out.
