DON'T GO HERE!

After waiting over an hour after our appointment time we had to sit in the hallway. I over heard the Tech complaining how difficult it was to get my 91 year old mother to sit in the right position to check her eyes. We left after waiting so long. Dr. Jacobs isn't bad but the office manager is rude and inconsiderate. She followed us out and asked us what the problem way. I commented the was a business and had no concern for the welfare of the patients and she agreed with me. Then when it was time to have the records sent to our new Dr. The office manager told me I would have to pay a $25 "Processing Fee" and how reasonable this is. There are plenty of specialists that are not rude and arrogant. We had no problem finding one.

Great Appointment!

I had an appointment there and it was for a 2nd opinion. The Dr. Savitt was just great! Staff was also very nice. The girl who helped me Suzi was so nice with me too.Thank you!
