Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with. Buying experience was easy. Worked well with my needs. Overall a wonderful experience and I look forward to working with Bob Rohrman Auto Group in the future.

I took my 2014 Outlander Sport into have them install factory protective body moldings. I had to take it in three times for this. The first two times they put them on wrong. The third time they did $1000.00 damage to the body of my vehicle. They searched through all my property in it without my permission. I had to make out a police report over that. I am still fighting with them months later. Trying to get them to pay for the damage they did. To my vehicle while they worked on it there. Buyer Beware!

Mike Costa was courteous, attentive and helpful during both of my visits and responded promptly to my email questions. I had time to make careful examination of vehicles and take a thorough and informative test drive. Negotiating a deal was refreshingly transparent and reasonable. Mike understood what I was looking for and saved time by preparing cars and documents in advance. Setting up the Bluetooth for me was a nice touch and immediately useful.

My experience was very satisfactory. I was able to bring the vehicle home for the weekend and this helped me with my decision to buy the vehicle. The vehicle smelled like smoke and the service people took care of it and lent me a car so that I wouldn't have to wait around.

My salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, strived to meet my needs of my 3 teens, and wasn't chezzy, pushy, or impatient. He's back off to medical school now, but in the hours he spent with me and my girls, I felt very comfortable. They inquired about "where is Bob?" He answered appropriately, "he checks in on us , just to make sure we are always doing a great job!" Thank you Peter at your attempt at popcorn, and for Great Service!!!

Jay was great, really helped me and my wife get a quality used car on a pretty good price. Finance with Jeff was a breeze to get through and he suggested things that we actually would buy. Great dealership!

Yes that is how I felt.........after almost 34 years I lost my job and of course the wifes car needed to have a number of things done to her 2004 Endeavor.Roughly $700 worth of work but thanks to Rick and Jeniffer.They managed to get my cost down to just over $65.00 by working out my warranty paperwork.

I can't thank them enough.They even arranged for me to have a free rental car for 2 days
