I was at your location in the morning a few days ago. I got one of those new lemonade coolattas and it was watery, and the garlic beagle with cream cheese I ordered was way too burnt and their was hardly any cream cheese. This is just one of a few occasions were my order has been messed up \ shoddily prepared and I think I would rather just wake up the 30 mins earlier at home and prepair my own food were I know it is done right.

I do not recommend this dunkin donuts to anyone it's very unsanitary they do not wear gloves while making customers food on a consistant basis. I would not recommend this dunkin donuts to anyone try the ones in grayslake
