Best cleaners I've ever used and people that work there are very nice. The family that owns this business are good community-minded folks.

DO NO GO HERE. I would have given them ZERO stars but that's not an option. I took them a brand new $150 sports coat to get cleaned and they absolutely RUINED IT! You can see a picture here of the damage they did to the left arm http://i.imgur.com/quLLyDK.jpg

The employees were rude and even the manger was rude about it. They denied that they did this damage to my dry cleaning and offered to do NOTHING about it. They tried to say that "they didn't do it and it wasn't dry cleaned here" even though it still had the tag on it with their bag around it!! These people lie and they will ruin your clothes! DO NO GO HERE THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES THEN DENY THEY DID IT

This was a brand new sports coat, and I brought it to Monroe Cry Cleaners for its FIRST cleaning. They absolutely ruined it by burning the material and then ripping it, the seam is destroyed. DO NO GO HERE. When I confronted the manager about this, they told me they wouldn't do ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I yelled until, at the VERY LEAST, I got a refund for the cleaning! They ruined this $150 coat and didn't offer to try to repair or replace it, nothing. They didn't even want to give me a refund! The employees and manager were super rude about it too! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE, go someplace safe where they respect the customer and their property! Monroe Dry Cleaners are the worst dry cleaners I have ever been to!
