I wish I could give no stars. The owner of this shop destroyed my sister's $1200 wedding dress. The straps were sewn on backward with a rough stitch, on to lace! The satin underlay was uneven and about an inch longer than the lace on the right side. The dress was 2 inches too short in front and there was a hole in the lace. Additionally, the lace was sewn with a rough stitxh all around. When I went in to tell the woman she messed up, she insisted that the bride was going barefoot (never in a million years, her initial plan was combat boots. Oh yes, she's military!!). Then when I asked for a refund she informed she didn't have the money and she needed to discuss with the person who actually did the work. I finally was able to get her to admit it was bad work and that we deserved a refund and asked for it in writing, which she refused. I gave her a four day time frame to refund the money and it's been four days since the expected call, and now she is ignoring my calls.
