Great service, would highly recommend! They came out within a one hour window and fixed my refrigerator within 20 minutes.

Excellent! I called in the am & had a repairman out that afternoon. He knew within seconds what my issue was & gave me my options for fixing it. I needed to thaw my freezer so that he could do the repair & then he came back later & didn't charge any service calls fees for either trip! Just the cost of the job. Would call them again in a heartbeat. Thanks Phil!

Our Washer would not work when it reached the spin cycle. I called Quality Appliance Repair & Service and left a voicemail message. They called me back in less than 5 minutes and told me a repairman would be out to my location within the hour. Gene arrived as promised and quickly identified the issue and within 15minutes had the washer working again. Excellent! Thank you!
