I have used Doc's on two different BMW's that I have owned. Each time I have used them they have been assessed the problem, identified the root cause, and made the repair properly. Their rates are better than the dealership and you don't ever have to worry about getting taken. They are very honest! They repaired my '99 5 series touring rear wiper with a part instead of an new complete wiper motor and assembly the dealer wanted to install. Troy did a pre purchase inspection on my '02 330 convertible and subsequent suspension work as well as 02 sensors and high pressure power steering line. Great work at a fair price!

This is in response to the negative review. We diagnosed the problem correctly, and told your daughter to leave it with us to repair. Her thermostat was bad and the engine was overheating. We stressed this repair needed to be done immediately, but she couldn't be without her car. Two weeks later, she comes in with a blown head gasket!



We can't force people to fix their car. We would have loved to have her business. This father is malicious in trying to put the blame on us.

I would list this as -5 stars.



Doc's saw my daughter's car. Mis-diagnosed the vehicle. Allowed her to drive away in the car, causing more damage. They charged her $200 to replace a thermostat, just because they can. They did not fix the car, but took her money any way. I am very unhappy with them and would never take business to someone that does such poor work and customer service.
