This place should be your shop of last resort for parts. Not only are they extremely expensive, but they do not provide any service to justify the expense.
Recently, I needed two new tires for my lawn tractor and I was hoping to get them quickly, so instead of ordering on line, I took my tires to A-Z Lawn Mower Parts in hopes of getting two new tires the same day. After some argument among the employees as to if they could even get them, the guy helping me decided that they could, but they wanted $99 each for them and it would take a week to get them in. So I paid and they ordered the tires.

When I got home, I checked on-line and discovered that I could have purchased them for $49 each or two for $79 with free delivery for the exact same tires!

Then when the tires came in, they charged me $20 each for mounting, for which I have no complaint, but $13.99 each for valve stems I do resent. I can by over a dozen valve stems on-line for $13.99. Throw in another $5.00 and get the removal/insertion tool too.

I don't mind a shop adding a surcharge to the price of parts in order to cover their expenses, but doubling the price or more than doubling it is way out of line. I will not say that I will never go here again, I may have too because there is not another lawn mower shop in the area that I am aware of. But this is definitely the shop of last resort.

Great People!!! Moved about 4 years ago and Troy, Mike, Wayne are all very good people. They take their time to explain themselves and their expertise on lawnmowers and in general are very knowledgeable and willing to help each customer.

I buy all my toro and Stihl equipment from these guys because the warranties are through them and they service everything. Quality equipment, friendly staff overall recommend using them.

We recently needed our 10+ year old Troy built mower with a 20 horse Kohler motor repaired. To my great joy, the folks at Kohler and Troy along with the folks at A/Z were equally outstanding in providing me with the needed phone numbers, daily updates, and projected repair schedule. I've found that the idea of service is not some vague concept at A/Z to be dusted off and used as needed, but a vital component for their successful business model-practiced to a fault and delivered. It's a comfort to know that they stand ready to help. And as the opportunity presents itself, and should we need further repairs, I will not hesitate to call them again.

Took an old chainsaw in to see if they could repair it. I asked them if it was too old to get parts for, they said they didn't know. Paid the 25 dollar diagnostic charge and called them after 4 weeks of waiting. They said they could not fix it because they can't get parts. When I asked what the problem was that the diagnostic showed, I could not get an answer. They did offer to give me a $25 discount off the purchase of a new saw, which I declined. I did my own trouble shooting and got my own parts online in all of 3 minutes searching. Saw runs great no thanks to them.

Purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped be decide what I needed for the job at hand. Thanks again!

I have never had anything in their shop for repairs. I do my own repairs. BUT I do use them for parts I need, they have always been helpful on getting me parts on a timely basis at a fair price and advise on different things. so YES I will keep using them .

i took my mower to then to get it fix.they said it would take 3 to 4 week. got it back in 3 week. they did a great job will go back again.

Our lawn mower ran great until the dog chewed the pull cord. Took it here to be replaced as instructed by Lowes. It took 3 weeks for them to replace the cord then it wouldn't crank at all. On our own, we replaced the spark plug and changed out all the gaskets on the carburetor but it still wouldn't crank so took it back to for them to assess the problem. They said it needed a new carburetor and fuel line. SIX WEEKS later we get it back. It cranked once and won't crank again. We changed the oil and it was BLACK. The new spark plug that we had just installed was replaced with a nasty used one, and the gaskets on the carburetor were felt and all ripped up. I had just replaced them with brand new rubber ones prior to taking it in. This place is a THIEVING RIPOFF!!! We've spent enough money in repairs here to pay for a brand new mower and still don't have a mower that runs. DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL!!! You will regret it!!!

Don't go here. If it's a warranty service referral, you go to the back of the line and wait. Mine took a month which they then say the blower has bad fuel and needs a $180 repair. Of course it'll have old fuel in a month.

I brought my mower to have a single belt changed. They broke my throttle cable and flatened a tire and would not own up to it and tried to charge me for it. Took 1 month to change a belt. BEWARE THEY ARE THEIVES!!!!

Very helpful staff! They took the time to help me find the problem with my mower which saved me money and the parts are very inexpensive! This is where ill be doing my lawn mower business from now on.

A few weeks ago when my Earthquake Shredder that I purchased from Tractor supply months ago needed repair I was referred to A-Z in Lexington. having dealt with many repair shops over the years, i held my breath. Would the repair be completed properly? Would the work be covered by the warranty? How long would it take? When the work was completed, only two days after I took it in, Ryan and Troy took the time to describe the nature of the repair and why I should leave the unit assembled. When I explained that I couldn't get it home in the car trunk without some disassemble, they offered to deliver it at no cost to me. Imagine that. Plus, the repair was completed under warranty at no charge. 5 Star

Don't buy anything here. They sell products without regard for the job to do, then don't stand behind them. I will never go to this place again. There are too many decent places to shop without having to deal with the sourpusses at this place.

I have been using A-Z for over 5 years for parts and service and was very happy with what I have seen so far. They have away help me with my lawn mower, it's a family business, their responses are quick and they are very clear about the services they offer and how long it will take to get it back . They have gotten my equipment back to me at the agreed time. A-Z did a great job and I would recommend them to all my friends!

I want to start by saying this is where Home Depot sent my lawn mower. They had my lawn tractor for a little over 3 weeks and it does not appear as if they touched it. When the driver picked it up I explained the engine concerns, steering concerns and that the deck wheel was too close to the back tire, some times touching it depending on height. The only thing that was SAID to have been done to it is the deck was leveled. Nothing could be found wrong with the engine and it does not appear that the steering was even addressed....according to driver "it seemed fine when I loaded it today" I tried calling to check on the mower while they had it and they just didn't answer their phone. One time when the did answer I was put on hold for over 35 minutes before I finally gave up and hung up. When I did get threw to them I was rudely told they were busy and then not given much info on the mower at all. I even tried emailing with no response. So in closing: This may be a great place but from my experience I will never willingly send my tractor there again.

Do not use these people for repairs. Took my rider in for repairs, "no spark". Turn the key and nothing happened. Got my bill, oil change (done), sharpen blade (done), and cleaning of carb, (never touched). Paid right at $150.00. Have some kind of short in the ignition system (still only works occasionally) but when it did start it would not continue to run. Had someone else look at it and found the $65.00 for carb cleaning was a joke, it was never touched. They did reimburse me for the carb cleaning but "honesty is the best policy". It will NEVER go back there again. Now I have to find someone else to fix the original problem I took it in for.

I have dealt with them on multiple occasions. First was an engine repair - good job and quick turn. Needed help with a starter, and the counter guy came out in the rain and showed me what I needed to do to remove and replace it. Always helpful, and offer reduced price options when available. Recently purchased a ZeroTurn mower. I was asking about a lawn tractor, but once they understood my needs they suggested a ZT mower. They assembled the model I was looking at in order for me to test drive. I purchased the unit the same day.

I went in with my old parts and they had one on hand and ordered the other. After a couple of days, the ordered part came in and they called me quickly. Very knowledgable staff!!! Thanks for great service!!
