Don't expect your order to be right, and by all means don't expect any level of customer service when it isn't right. They totally screwed up my order, claimed that I didn't order what I asked for, and then refused to talk to me on directly but instead made one of their employees repeat everything I heard them say in the background. I couldn't even bite into the flounder sandwich I ordered, and they didn't even have the decency to speak to me on the phone. Thanks for ruining my dinner!
