Called them to ask if they were still in business since most of the other pet shops in town have closed. I wanted to buy some fish for my aquarium but the man on the phone called me a douche bag. I will go elsewhere and with an attitude like that he will go the way of all the other pet shops in Lexington. Sad times.

Got a ball python from them at a reptile show. It was at a decent price but the service was awful. They couldn't tell me the age of the ball python. They said 6 months old, come to find out by someone knowledgeable it really was only a month or two! That's a big deal, and a big difference!! I know it wasn't quite right but I trusted them, a mistake.



Asking questions seemed to be a hassle for the employees there. I tried emailing them which worked, till they stopped replying. Overall, not impressed, would not recommend, and I'll never buy from them again.

My sister and i recently each bought a royal python from this place. The prices were great and fair. Plus they had a deal for everyone. They have different packages you can buy too. Like if you needed a tank and supplies with whatever you buy. They were sweet and extremely helpful. It took me a long time to pick out my snake and they understood and laughed with us. It was great. They helped me with everything i needed and gave me all info on my new snake that i needed and are there if i have any other questions in the future. I give their service 5 stars! The only reason the overall is 4 stars is because the driveway needs some work. If you go then drive very slow because your car may bottom out. There's alot of run offs and it's very bumpy. I'm a counrty girl so it didn't bother me and it's not going to prevent me from going back for their great prices and great people. Hope this helps!
