Provided by YP.comThey took 8 months to complete my grandmother's taxes. She is 80 years old, and I feel like that is too old to put up with this sort of thing. They took a process that should have been completed in a couple of weeks maximum and dragged it out for no apparent reason. The entire experience was much more stressful than it needed to be.
