Davidson County Historical Museum

The Davidson County Historical Museum is located in the core of Uptown Lexington's Historic District and is housed inside the Old County Courthouse on the Square. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the 1858 Courthouse is one of the few historic properties in the county available to the public for tours. A 12- month exterior restoration of the Courthouse completed in 2014.
