This store is ridiculous. It makes me want to never shop at a Shoe Carnival again. The employees at this store are very unprofessional. I tried to exchange a pair of tennis shoes for a pair of boots as an Christmas present for my boyfriend. They are so incompetent they have ordered a size 13 boot instead of a size 12 twice. Then acted like it was our fault. The first time they called us to come get them we went to pick them up & they had them out to sell...wow!!!
