great place friendly and I'm always amazed that they know my name without me having to tell them after only a few times of coming in there

I won't take my clothes anywhere else. I highly recommend Pam's.

If I could give this business a negative star rating I would. This business displayed the same callous attitude to us that several other customers described. They ruined two dress shirts by staining one, front and back, and causing a tear in the sleeve of another. When shown the damage, they denied any responsibility. The owner herself was rude and offensive. Guess she has gotten a lot of flak from other disappointed customers and has an attitude ready to go! Wish I had read all the other on line negative reviews before going to Pam's Dry Cleaning. This was my first and LAST time going there. I lost two dress shirts, but they have lost their reputation!

I have used Pam's for many years - they have always done a great job and have handled my garments with the utmost care. I even trusted them with my wedding gown! I would recommend this cleaner to anyone!

the counter staff is always friendly especially the young gentlemen who always remembers me and my wifes name when we come in.......i have been going there for years and tell everyone i know about them

Had my favorite and expensive Nine West jacket dropped off with a fur hood. After I got home, I realized that the beautiful, silky, (faux) fur hood was ruined. It was matted and the ends of the fur singed. I can ever wear it again! Once I took it back, the owner didn't really seem to care and said it was not her fault. She said that she had been in the business for 30 years so she knows what she is doing. I assume that after 30 years she must have lots of opportunities to revise her contract allowing her to ruin your clothing and it be YOUR fault for bringing it in. The owner did not seem to care nor offer to refund the cost.
