I recently relocated to the Lexington area from Missouri. In Missouri I had a Massage Therapist that I was very comfortable with and had helped me with a naggin back problem and leg cramps. When I moved to Lexington I never realized I would find another Massage Therapist that could pick up where I left off in Missouri...and improve upon those results. Enter Natasha Giese. What an Angel! Her techniques - from making you feel comfortable to the massage techniques she utilizes - have produced remarkable results in the last 2 months for me. From the smile and greeting when you enter.....to the serene and tranquil setting of the office ...to her taking the time to speak with me before each appointment to determine where she needs to focus during the session....there is no question Natasha cares about her profession and how it impacts her Customers. Before you ever get to the massage table, the office environment and her caring attention will put you at ease, make you feel relaxed, and set the stage for an incredible massage. For my "aches and pains" she incorporates a session composed of stretching my body to awaken my dormant and tired muscles...and then massages those same muscles with a tenderness and firmness that is both soothing and therapeutic. In the 2 months I have been going to her, Natasha has helped me gain flexibility, increased my range-of-motion, reduced my leg cramps and back pain, and improved my quality of sleep. And when you pay for a 60 minute massage - you get 60 minutes of massage therapy! Some places will sell a 60-minute massage, but the Client only gets 50 minutes of massage time. Not with Natasha! The experience is refreshing and rejuvenating. The results are profound and lasting. It's a shame the session has to end! But you will not be disappointed my friends.

So if you are looking for a Massage Therapist who will make you feel comfortable...who will provide a massage that will "heal" your body while relaxing your soul and mind...who truly cares about what she does....and how it will impact her Clients....then give Natasha a call at Healing Hands Therapuetic Massage and schedule an appointment. Treat yourself today....because you deserve it!
