Great location. Very clean units. I had a small unit there for several months when selling a house, then sold the home and upgraded to a huge unit. Management wouldn't let me use the "free truck" advertised. Only for new accounts, even though I had never used it before! I told The manager it was apparently they care to more about greeting new customers than keeping their current customers. She quickly replied "yes". Then realized what she said. She was also annoying the day we moved, kept telling us to keep door shut, however you can't offload a huge moving van and keep the door shut to move stuff in the building!

Lexington Mini Storage is the best place to open u[ a storage unit in Lexington, Ky. There are climate controlled storage units available and the staff is great. I always feel like my belongings are safe and sound with Lexington Mini Storage.

Great customer service. Safe, secure, and clean storage units as well as the option to have a climate controlled unit. Definitely impressed with Lexington Mini Storage, the best storage unit facility in Lexington!

I have been using the one in Hamburg and really happy with the customer service and cleanness. And had no hassle when I moved out my stuff. Of course I did it before the next months payment. Thank you!

I rented a storage unit from Todd at the new location in Hamburg.....he was so helpful!! I wasn't looking for climate controlled at the time but he took the time to show me around and that sold me on the climate controlled vs. outdoor storage.
