We had an issue with our order and the owner refused to respond to any of our inquiries. We called, emailed and posted on their Facebook wall (which he just promptly deleted). He blocked us on Facebook so we couldn't communicate. We offered to pay to correct the error but he still didn't respond. We spent almost $400 on a sign with bubbled stickers, an uneven logo and an incorrect phone number. One of the proofs was correct and one was incorrect, so we know it's partly our fault. We wanted to pay to fix the problem but he wouldn't even talk to us. I have yet to hear from the owner and all calls are ignored. Horrible company and horrible service. I would not recommend anyone use Jason for your printing needs. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
