I also got ripped off by Gregory Jelf of Jelf's Plumbing Repair for monies and deposits for uncompleted work he never returned to finish. Another plumber and I went underneath the house only to discover that he really had not done too much and there remained a lot of work to be completed. I called several times and he and Donna the managing partner will not take my calls and he works for Fayette County Public Schools.

Mr. Jelf was hired to replace new water pipes in my house and install new bathroom fixtures. He completed a little over half the work in about a month. Our original estimate was 1-2 days for the pipes and then a day for the fixtures. I was without water for a month! He came over on a Friday evening, worked for about half an hour, left and never came back again. He has not responded to ANY of my phone calls. He still owes me money as the plumber I hired to finish the work ended up costing me more money than what I owed Mr. Jelf. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB and am waiting for a response now. He comes across as a very honest, sweet man. However, bottom line...I would not recommend him for any job--small or large.

I called the phone number and got great service. They fit me in around other calls and even came out on the weekend. They have installed several appliances for me also. Very friendly and extremely fair on pricing. I haven't had a problem since the units were installed.
