I bough something at Lexington comic con. Do I need the receipt to get my money back?

Despite having a sign and a voice mail that says open at 12, this store is never open. I have tried several times of day, several different days. Always closed for months. Has to be a front for something because no way he's making money. I'd give zero stars if I could.
