Dawn Stice has been my agent for years. She has always been incredibly accommodating and professional. When I saw the previous review, I was shocked. I have a feeling that that person was one of those people that could never be happy with anything. Dawn Stice has not only been accommodating and professional with me, she has also even informed me of the best money saving options for my insurance. I can’t imagine letting anyone else handle my insurance needs.

I've been a State Farm customer for some time. Today, I called my agent, Dawn Stice, with a billing issue. She obviously had zero interest in assisting me. She was incredibly rude and made sure that I knew that my business wasn't important to her. I told her I was shocked by her rudeness and she quickly told me that there were 22 other agents in town...that I should go find one. If this is how State Farm agents regard their clients then I'm not sure I want to be one. Additionally, I've worked with her support staff prior to this and was always very pleased. The agent herself was incredibly rude.
