bogus

My car was towed from eastland bowling lanes while next door at the silver cue. Had been bowling for an hour then played pool for no more than an hour. Came out and car was gone. Total scam.

Absolute garbage, I had my car towed out of a legally parked spot that I park at all the time and had to wait for 2 hours for someone to show up. Then, I had to argue with the owner and explain to him why my car wasn't supposed to have been towed; the guy is a prick. Didn't seem to understand basic logic and reasoning. Eventually, I got my car out after threatening to call the police for automobile theft and even then it took a minute to sink into his thick bald head. It wouldn't have been such a big deal (I totally get that mistakes happen) if it wasn't for the 2 hour wait and ensuing unnecessary argument. I had to go to work at 8:00 AM and didn't end up home until 1:30. Thanks.

Highly unprofessional

I got towed off a lot downtown because it was 3 AM and I knew the business owner didn't care if people used his lot during business hours; but that's okay. It's these guy's jobs to tow illegally parked cars out of lots and they had a contract with the business owner. The level of unprofessionalism and rudeness I encountered trying to get my car back, however, was nightmarishly unbelievable. First off, this operation is essentially an unmanned garage full of towed cars with no actual people working there. In order to retrieve our car we had to call the owner and wait outside in freezing rain for 53 minutes (he said he'd be there in "a few") while he took his time getting there. Then we actually had to deal with the owner and, wow, what a piece of work! He cursed unashamedly and unprovoked at my girlfriend, laid out insults, lied to us about being able to use a credit card, tried to explain away all the cursing as being directed at me(as if it mattered), continued on to tell me to "grow up" (I'm a 23 year old graduate student) and was just generally unprofessional. I hate getting towed as much as the next guy but this man's infantile actions were entirely uncalled for. If you own a business in Lexington I would highly recommend you avoid using this place and pick one of the more professionally run towing companies in town. Even Bluegrass blows this place out of the water when it comes to common decency.
