What a rip off! $18 dollars and I had to borrow their towel to wipe off dust inside my car that they obviously missed. There was still lots of debris on the floor , when I asked the attendant about it he said that I should consider getting it detailed because the vacuum doesn't pick that much up. Never going back

Great Experience!

Amazing! Clean Sweep has cleaned multiple auto's for me over the past year, and they have all been incredible when I pick them up. The staff is a joy to deal with and they work hard to deliver the end result you are trying to achieve. I have never seen a 2001 Suburban as dirty as it was

damaged my car

My 08 Scion became disengaged from the conveyor system when the line stopped. It rolled into the truck in front of it, causing some damage to my bumper. After reviewing the footage, cleansweep determined it was their fault. I was told to get an estimate. I have done so. I have called, faxed several times. They have yet to take care of my car. This happened in July of this year. I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. To be fair to the Broadway location, this happened at Richmond Road & the manager I spoke with was Eddie. I could not find a Richmond Road location to review.

If you care about your car, don't go!

Just awful.

Don't ever go there!

Bad customer service!

They slashed my tire, and would not take responsibility. Instead they became extremely deceitful and belligerent.

Don��t ever go there if you care about your cars.

I was told by my brother that this was an excellent car wash, and it was. I regretfully have to go to the other one on the other end of town because they got rid of most of the spanish young men that did an excellent job. And have replaced them with young white and black young men that just don't do as good of an job. However you do still have the others at your Richmond road location so me and and brother will be going to that one.

I also admired the fact that you close for a day of rest in honor of the Lord. That is Great in the way I see things.
