I walked in on Wed. at 7:10PM. Three people at hostess station kept talking, then looked at me like "What?" I said, "One for dinner please." Was shown to a small table just inside dining room. Service relatively prompt & polite. Burger was tasteLESS, chewy & lukewarm. Fries rubbery & lukewarm. Only thing good about the meal was the beverage! I normally would not comment on a meal unless it was very good, but I feel obliged as this place came highly recommended! I will not go back. I was hoping it would be good enough to return to try their hot brown. However, since they can't give good flavor & temperature to a simple burger & fries, I find it doubtful that they could do a good hot brown! Maybe management could talk to their host staff about first impressions & their cook staff about flavor, temperature, etc. of food. My waitress was OK (she checked me as SOON as I stuck first bite in mouth & as I took my last bite to see if I wanted dessert-not bloody likely! Sorry! BAD experience!
