I have been going to these guys for years and if I have the option I won't go anywhere else. They've always been great at getting my vehicle squeezed in on short notice. Very knowledgeable staff that actually care about making sure you get the best service. Always transparent with their pricing and great about checking with you before they just do something you may not want or need. I recommend them to all of my friends and family, many of whom use them now and I've never heard something bad from anyone yet!

Unprofessional management. They promice your vehicle to be done at a resonable time & its not finished & had to bring back. Very pricy!

We have been taking both of our vehicles to Mounce in Lexington for all regular maintenance and new tires since they opened here and we would not go elsewhere! They are not only reasonable with pricing and do a great job but also very professional and friendly! We would highly recommend Mounce Automotive for all your automotive needs!

My daughter and I were on our way to Chicago. I had turned on my heat for the first time this season and no warm air flowed. I stopped at a Chevrolet dealer off the highway and they told me to go to Mounce. I drove in Mounce about 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday and the man there looked at my car and assured me we would be ok to continue our trip to Chicago. He didn't have the part to fix it then, but would have if he had it. I wish we had trustworthy people like this in Springfield, IL. !!!!!!
