Not only have they gotten my order wrong on several occasions spaced out among about 4 months, but the management refuses to take responsibility for such mistakes. The food has always been cold, left to make you wonder if they have been sitting out for a while. Tonight they got my husbands order wrong and didn't even give us a receipt. We called when he got home (about 5 minutes away) and no one answered although thery were still open and the call/ring lasted 2 minutes. I've advised my husband and all friends to steer clear of this crappy Wendy's franchise.
