Last few visits were quick and the clerks did a great job. My current mailman is doing his job well too. I hope they can continue the good service.

Been at this address for 16 plus years and very rarely have I had an issue with this Post Office or service. My mailman Teddy is always friendly, helpful, professional and his service to our home on Circle Creek Dr in Lewisville. Thankyou for all your hard work through the year. Gary & Robin....

We have lived here 4 months the first month we received out mail just fine then we got a vacancy notice we filled that out mail was delivared just fine then a month after that got another vacancy notice and I have yet to receive any mail and my loot crate was returned although it has been delivered here before but was returned to sender because addresse unknown I went to the post office and spoke with someone and they said it was because our names are not in the mail box we did that and have yet to receive any mail and still can't receive my anime loot

My payment to my storage unit was apparently delivered to the wrong address. That payment, which I have made for years to the same address, failed to arrive at the correct address at all and was returned to my credit union. I, in turn, was charged a late fee by my storage unit.

HORRIBLE. We have had SO many problems with this post office. Our mail was missing for over a month when we first moved in, and it is yet to be retrieved. We dealt with their office over and over again where we were promised calls back daily (never got one). Today I have been trying to find out where a package of mine is. The first time I called, the lady said she had no information and that the carrier would call me before the end of the day. I called for over an hour starting at 4:00 pm and had a busy signal. I finally got a hold of someone (Kerry) before they closed. My first call with her, I wasn't able to get a word in and was hung up on. I called back and spoke with Kerry again asking for a supervisor. He/She was of course busy, but she would be able to take a message. I began asking her the same question about delivery of my package and why the slip I received said I could retrieve it the next day at 8:30 PM (their office closes at 5:30 PM). I again was not able to finish a sentence and was called "white trash" before being hung up on for a second time. These are just two of the MANY problems we have had with this post office and the lack of professionalism. We have already filed a complaint with the USPS for this location, and I will be filing another on her personally with the absurd amount of bad reviews I have printed off regarding. Crazy ladies attitude and lack of professionalism. Sorry you hate your job, but if you could do it right the first time, maybe you wouldn't have to complain about having to help so many people!

I just called and spoke to Kerry to see why online tracking shows that usps have left me several messages and I have never received a notice? She was extremely rude, telling me I should have put an apartment number for an address that does not have an apt#!!! I asked her to let me explain to her what’s wrong and she raised her voice telling me that she has worked there for 25 years and she knows what she is doing and she is not going to let the costumer tell her what’s wrong! I asked to speak to the manager and she put me on a 30 minute hold!! Stay away a=from this location and Kerry!!!!!!!!

They lost my package, I had to talk to several people and none were any help. Finally had a private person investigate it, and someone from the post office tried to help finally. Told me she would call me back by the end of the week. This was over 2 months ago, haven't hear from them since. Thankfully the place I bought my book from refunded it even thought it was the post office that lost it. On top of it all the number they give you to call is only a recording, you cannot talk to anyone. I had to call the 1 800 number to talk to anyone.

Great! I didn' t have to call and get the hours of operation.
