I was given the run around by a company prior to being recommended to Reliant. That company quoted me nearly $900 to replace a spring, cables and a track. When I told them that was too much, they put me on the phone with a supervisor. He said we'll do it for $600, but you have to get the repairs today to lock in the rate.

I told Justin my story and he promised the he would be a straight shooter and he was a man of his word. They inspected the garage, offered me 3 different repair options and didn't try to make me buy stuff that wasn't necessary, like those other guys. Thanks, Reliant! You are truly professional, honest, trustworthy, punctual and reliable. You will have my business and recommendation for life.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!! I'm so excited to have both garage doors working again. One quick call to Reliant Overhead and within hours Russ was at my house assessing the situation and providing me with the status of what needed to be done to be back up and running. Within a little over an hour, I had two garage doors working , car and remotes programmed along with a new keypad outside. I was most impressed by the professionalism, timeliness, and the customer service approach from Russ and Reliant Overhead. They exceeded my expectations and was without a doubt the best experience that I've had with a contractor or company that I've hired.
