While I was complaning to a LA Fitness Staff about the pool use, quietly, at a desk, another Staff cut me off and enter our conversation and said to listen to him and explained to me what was going on with the pool/jacuzzi...

I try to tell him that I already knew about it, that someone else told me why the jacuzzi was not in use....but he still was talking over me....and making fun of me with a smile. All of that happened in front of a new member.

I left very upset and crying.

Then I came back to have the second guy's name to report his behavior. He told me that he was the General Manager of that LA Fitness !

Then he tryed to clearify what just happened.....but no, instead he made me cry in front off 4 other Staff memebers and a fitness teacher.



Well he thinks he is the King of the House and can make fun of a LA Fitness member like that. Well, not with me. The member is the KING, A******.

I have used this facility and they seems to be very rude. Specially their customer service manager. I'm not sure why they place someone to be a customer service manager if he is not able to attend his clients. Don't know if he knows that members pay for his salary. I will not recommend LA Fitness at all. I am going to cancel all of family memberships.

I've been working out with LA Fitness for a few months, and it has been a great experience! You can use new, clean equipment for a really affordable price. Plus, their group classes are the best (especially kickboxing!). I've also had good experiences with personal trainers. A great gym if you're looking for a friendly, comforatble place to get in shape!
