Service 1 – General Cleaning Clean Sweep, Etc. is available daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. General Cleanings include the following services in all rooms: • Dust and Vacuum: Floors, Window Sills, Blinds/Shutters, Furniture, Pictures, Ceiling Fans. If you are on a regular cleaning schedule, we rotate the cleaning of the baseboards each visit. • Wash/Mop: All floors (tile, wooden, ceramic). • Wipedown/Clean: Kitchen cabinets, counter tops, table and chairs, sink, range top, microwave, and backsplash. Bathroom sinks, vanities, bathtubs, showers, toilets, mirrors, and floors. * Need your pet to be let outside for a potty break or stretch? Ask us about our additional Pet Service! * There is a one-time initial cleaning fee to establish your space for future cleanings ($35 residential/$50 commercial).

Service 2 – Move In/Out Cleaning Clean Sweep, Etc. knows that moving is a monumental task. Let us handle the cleaning and minimize your stress level! We want you to get your deposit back and/or make your place attractive for a new occupant. Move in/out service includes the following services in all rooms: • Everything included in our General Cleaning service, plus: top to bottom cleaning of windows (inside), removal of cobwebs, sweeping out of garage area and porches/balconies, trash removal and cleaning of appliances. * Space must be empty of all furniture, boxes and belongings. Appliances must be empty.

Service 3 – One Time or Special Occasion Cleaning Clean Sweep, Etc. can have your place "party ready", whether it is for guests, relatives or employees. Need help setting up? No problem. Let us give you a quote!

Service 4 –Deep Cleaning Clean Sweep, Etc. knows how to get down and dirty with the nitty gritty! This service is one we recommend once or twice a year along with a our general cleaning service. FREE Estimates are provided to determine what your home, office or apartment needs.
