I shop at this Kay jewelers often, this time I had to have jewelry repaired. Once I picked it up I requested to have the diamonds tested, which I didn't think was an odd request, being that they were MY wedding bands. The store manager proceeded to say "they wouldn't switch out the stones on diamonds that size, they wouldn't risk losing their job over that" it really made me feel uncomfortable and I left really agitated. I generally don't have that problem. However, I won't purchase anymore jewelry there and will not suggest Kay jewelers in Lewisville to anyone.
Feeling disappointed in the customer service.

It's the sales associates that keep me coming back to this Kay Jewelers, they remember my name... and I only come in for very special occasions. These guys are great.
