The people at this location are very nice and helpful. I've been very pleased with the service. Anytime I order a new battery they ship it immediately !

Thankfully I made a small purchase from this business before I went ahead and invested in their invisible fence. This small purchase was a special order item that was supposed to arrive a week and a half after purchase. When it wasn't here over two weeks after I made the purchase, I phoned the company to make sure that there was just a delay (which wouldn't have been a big deal) and that the item wasn't lost in the mail or the order misplaced. The individual answering the phone initially put me on hold so that I could speak with the employee over the orders but came back a short time later saying that the employee was "busy" and would have to call me back. That wasn't a problem for me so I provided my information and waited for the call............that was four days ago and I still haven't heard back from anyone.

Due to this I called the company back today again just looking for a status update. This time there was a machine that picked up advising customers to leave a message and assuring that they would return the calls today. I again left my information, explained why I was calling and waited for a return call. That was 7 hours ago I still haven't heard back from anyone and it's been 21 days without receiving my purchase. Obviously I'm unhappy at their poor customer service but VERY fortunate that I didn't order the invisible fence at the time of my purchase. I will definately be looking for a company that is there to answer questions for you both before and after they get your money. Unfortunately this business clearly doesn't fit that description.
