I JUST WANTED TO THANK MY THERAPIST. SHE WAS GREAT AND GAVE THE MASSAGE I NEEDED SO MUCH. I DID TAKE MY COUPON FROM THE WEBSITE AND IT EXPLAINED THE MASSAGES -YES, ITS TRUE NOT ALL MASSAGES ARE $49. BUT THEY START AT $49 ! ANYWAYS GO TO THEIR WEBSITE FOR MORE INFO. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE GREAT !FROM THE FRONT DESK TO MY THERAPIST WERE SO ACCOMODATING TO ME AND MY PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS.

The $49 price implied by the name "Massage49" only applies to a Swedish massage with light pressure. When I asked the therapist to use a little more pressure, she told me that she was only allowed to use light pressure for a swedish massage and that medium pressure was considered an "anti-stress" massage (which costs $65). While I'm not a huge fan of MassageEnvy, at least they have a single price point for any type of pressure. I wouldn't recommend Massage49 is you want ANYTHING but very light pressure.

I booked a massage with a woman who was wearing a lotion belt and had massage clothes on. I am a therapist and an instructor and wanted only a basic swedish massage with medium pressure. I laid face down for 12 minutes and in walks a guy. I just wanted a good massage and was not repelled at the thought of him doing it, just not what I had expected. He never left the right side of the table and did my right side seated in his rolling chair! He did not do my feet and was inconsistent on which routine he was doing from one side to the next. It was less than an hour and not fulfilling at all!

WE FOUND THIS SPA ON THE INTERNET AND IT WAS JUST ACROSS STREET FROM OUR HOTEL. WE RECEIVED A COUPLE'S MASSAGE. IT WAS FANTASTIC! IT WAS OUR 1st COUPLES MASSAGE TOGETHER AND IT WAS LOVELY, WE BOTH FEEL ASLEEP. THANKS TO THE THERAPIST -THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB.

I went to this location after getting a coupon. I got the best deep tissue massage ever ! Great Job!

Not a bad massage - but upsale is their motivation - all the way. Called Bait and Switch in the old days.



I won't be going back.
