I believe First Commercial Realty is the most dishonest, unfair and unrealistic company I have ever dealt with. We have been leasing for the past 12 years and never had any issues with any other landlord and never had to deal with such inflexible and dishonest.



It is truly a shame and incredibly sad to have such companies exist and worse yet, becoming an accidental clients of such horrible companies.



We completed a project for them which they failed to pay us, according to Michele Scheibel January has 30 days.

I leased a building from First Commercial Realty about 2 years ago and I have got to say ... I am impressed! If I ever need anything they have been there for me. Any maintenance issues that come up they are on top of it from day one. I have been treated very kind and fair and that to me goes a long ways! I am proud to say I am one of First Commercial Realty's tenants. :-)
