BEWARE!!! Paid Luis Luviano $1750 for an automatic gate opener and when his crew could not make it work then he returned the opener for a refund and kept the money. Luis has moved and changed phone number. I then had to hire another company to do job right!!

BEWARE!!! This is not a reputable company. Luis Luviano took our money and did not complete the job.

Luis Luviano of Fences S'Glor is a con artist. I paid him $4500 as down payment to build a retaining wall and to replace my backyard fence. That was at around end of April 2014. The guy promised to start work on May 5th, and said he would complete all the work at the end of May. However, till now, work has not even begun.



After months of excuses, reasons, and all sorts of delaying tactics, I did not hear back from the guy since last Friday, July 25th 2014. I couldn't even leave a message in his cell phone anymore, as his mail box is already full.



Sigh... Wish the police would take action to arrest him before he goes on and on scamming more innocent people.

Project: Repair or Partially Replace a Wood Fence

Comments: On time and professional. Our job was small this time around but we will be using them next year when we upgrade our fence to bigger and great things. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for an honest person who will do a great job. And very easy to work with.

The repair team did a decent job on repairing our fence but the head guy somehow convinced my husband that they could also construct the backyard decor he had been wanting. (Additional concrete pads and a pergola) Things seemed fishy to me when they wanted a hefty deposit but gave no agreement and construction order. 5 months later we are still trying to repair the botched $8,000.00 job. It's been a great lesson for my husband though who is always trying to do business with those who seem to need business and for this I thank you.
