The Service is always stellar, so no issues there. My issue is with the ridiculous amount that the price of opting in to purchase the insurance! I used to be able to purchase it for $12-15.00. Talk about "shell shocked" when they told me the price was $24.00! It took my $18.00 a day vehicle to $42!! Ridiculous...
I am rethinking renting vehicles with them. Certainly going to start using other agencies now After 8 years of loyalty to Enterprise.

My car went out on me and the service provided was exceptional had my rental for 11 days. Thank you for swift prrimpt service.
