This location used to be great.... now it sucks. They are unable to remove simple stains from dress shirts so I have had to pre-wash shirts before sending them.
This is nothing compared to the increasing number of broken buttons. We told about this repeatedly over the last several months including telling the manager on multiple occasions. I average three to four broken or damaged button per week. You could say it is because of cheap buttons, but that would mean that Jos.A Banks, Landsend and Eddie Bauer all use cheap buttons. It has become so bad I now keep a roll of blue tape and a Sharpie to mark all the damaged buttons. They manage to destroy even the replacement button they install.
To add insult to injury they have not started charging two to three dollars to replace the button they destroy. I have to inspect every load for broken button when I pack.
These are not button on old clothes... they are doing this to shirts and now pants that are either new or only clean once or twice. I AM DONE.....
By the way, just took a load of dry cleaning to Lucy's on Garden Ridge. Guess what.... not a single damaged button... GOOD BYE DRY CLEAN ZONE

Finally! Wonderful service!! I understand this is new management, and I can plainly see that. Love the many options you have, 24-hr drop off without getting out of the car (with the kids and all!) and very nice staff. Would definitely recommend.

New Owners have done a Great Job! Friendly, Caring and most important they do a Great Job on our Dry Cleaning & Laundry. We have been using them for almost 3 years and never had a problem.

This manager not only does he not care of the quality of work that is done at this establishment, but he does not give a hoot about his customers! He's rude and down right offensive! I'm never going back again and recommending to friends & neighbors that they keep away from this place. Learn some customer service skills and start treating people with respect!!

I had 3 men's slacks hemmed a...

I had 3 men's slacks hemmed and when I got them they looked awful... the hem was not sewed by a machine, it was sewed by hand with big gaps between the stitches. They seemed to be like a temporary solution or a quick fix. Something I could have done myself. When I brought them back, I was told that it couldn't have possibly have been done there and I was mistaken. I told him this is exactly where I brought them b/c I have been a loyal patron since the grand opening. He looked in my account which has 3 pants alterations and his response was “How are we to know that they were these pants?”. I was horrified; I was accused of lying and treated as if I wanted something for nothing. He said he would fix it for nothing, like he was doing me a favor. I asked if I could have them cleaned for this inconvenience and of course he rudely said no. I will never be back at this establishment! Their customer service and manager are terrible!

We noticed that one of my husb...

We noticed that one of my husband's shirts was missing when we picked up our clothes. It was an expensive Under Armour golf shirt. We checked and made sure that we hadn't left it in the car inadvertently or in the laundry basket, etc. I called the store to ask if they would check and see if it had been left on the rack, or, would they take my name and number and call me if someone else had gotten it by mistake and hopefully would return it to the store. I was immediately told that it was not possible for someone else to get it, and that if I thought someone else had it, then maybe the clothes I had were not mine. REALLY??!! Do they think I'm that stupid that I don't know my own clothes? I told them I had double checked and that all the clothes were ours - MINUS the red golf shirt. I asked him to please take my number and call me if it showed up. You could tell he was NOT writing my information down. The conversation ended with him telling me that I needed to check my closets, laundry, etc., because there was NO WAY they could have lost the shirt. I had done all those things BEFORE I called them. Very frustrating. They were not willing in any way to take even the slightest bit of responsibility for it. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
